The Company was established in 1950 in Caluso, a small town near Turin, in the north-west of Italy. The founder Michele Giuliano Albo, fascinated by the tropical fruit of coffee, decided to manufacture and sell it in the native-town and in the near Aosta Valley. After about 50 years Giuliano has developed and improved this entrepreneurial idea into a sophysticated business choosing as main distribution channels Cafés and Restaurants. There Giuliano successfully introduced its product, the espresso, thanks to the principles that can be considered the foundation of the Company philosophy: |

Besides the sector of Cafés and Restaurants, Giuliano has undertaken two new challenges: to reach the household consumption with the new product line "Il Torrefattore"; to supply new market segments, in Italy and abroad, like wholesale traders, caterers and industrial customers with the new blend "L’Espresso Italiano". | ||
