The Triveneto Group of Coffee Roaster has institute the "Certificate of Quality" which is granted to those coffee roasters who submit their blend for testing. The blend must not contain more than 20% of Robusta coffee and it is subject to different chemical analysis in the laboratory of the Chamber of Commerce of Trieste. Moreover the final taste of the blend is tested by the experts of the commission. The roasters who obtain the "Certificate" can use the patented mark "Espresso Italiano di Qualità" granting it only to expert barmen who use certified blends and the best Italian equipment. All this to protect the consumer who can be sure to taste the original "espresso italiano" in the cafés which exhibit the certificate.
