Giuliano operates in three markets that present different features and requirements which are satisfied by products prepared on purpose with that craft care which has always characterised the Company:

The final product is the result of a long series of procedures which start with the choice of the most worthy raw coffees which are roasted and tasted by the master roaster, and are put in the production cycle only if satisfying precise qualitative standard. Once roasted, each kind of coffee is stored in special silos where, after a brief rest, it will be taken out to join one of the most delicate phases of the process: the blending. Only with the right proportion of the choicest coffees and a perfect level of roasting, it is possible to obtain balanced blends. They are continuously revised in accordance with the changes occurred in the different coffee crops in order to assure the same excellent level of aroma, flavour and intensity.
